Bit of a nod to a fellow Athy-man here, although I don’t personally know the guy. I remember he was in the Gaeltacht the same year as me; played a few games of basketball against him (He’s a beefy, shove-you-out-of-the-way kind of fucker).

Who’da thunk that twenty years later he’d be a professional musician (And I’d be doing a caricature of him to put on my “website” on the “internet”)? Ain’t life weird etc?

I really like that “Georgie Boy” song of his, by the way.

Sooner or later someone will find this and show it to him. Hope he appreciates it.

Mate of mine from work who quit the job last month to go to Australia (Hence the Aussie rugby shirt and boomerang). I stuck these up all over the office for his last day, including several inside the stalls in the ladies’ toilets. For all I know they’re still there, but eventually someone’s going to find themselves in a predicament when the loo-paper runs out.

And then I think we can guess at the grim fate that awaits Simon’s face …
